I wouldn’t bail out anyone. Bad business has caught up with many and they need to pay for it . Stop loaning money to people who have NO WAY of paying you back. A damn kid knows that much.

you are EXACTLY correct, except the weasels KNEW ‘anti-redlining’ being forced on them was a bad idea, yet they went along with it to line their own pockets.

There are some banks who did NOT go along and they are doing fine, and they shoul dbe mighty pissed that their competitors are going to get bailout.

I say let them fail. In a free moarkey SOMEONE will make loans and buy the houses being foreclosed (heck I am looking at some right now)
