Funny. Since the media will not make a big deal of this historical, technological and political mistake maybe it's up to us to make sure this gets a lot of attention.

Hoover led when depression hit, and became the most activist peace-time president in the history of the republic. His solution? Death to “trickle-down” economics. Death to speculators. Raise taxes; raise tariffs; “stabilize” wages and prices; encourage businesses to cartelize; etc.
