Given Obama's rallies with their shrinking numbers, I wonder where ABC/Washington Post got a significant likely voter shift to Obama from.

Decent people are genuinely confused about the cause of this financial nightmare. Republicans are split on the bailout solution. McCain stated that he knows nothing about economics.This may comeback to haunt. The quote may be played at the debate. If jobs, savings and homes are the issues in November (which they will be) there is no one on the ticket with real demonstrated knowledge of how to tackle finance questions.
McCain may have been a bit too maverick in his VP choice. He was repeatedly advised to pick a known finance whiz. We'll see.
