They don't seem to understand that the time compression element introduced by Palin (65 days from the time she was announced) is throwing hundreds of klieg lights on their activities. The thinning of the Great Journalist Herd of the Manhattan Plain isn't allowing them to sneak back into the herd after they release their crap payload onto the target Republican.
