There is definitely an issue with compromising the integrity of the caller lists. The Obamites can get these lists and harass people they know are likely to vote for Mccain.
Also, I imagine with a name phone number, it may not be that hard to track down someone’s address.
On the other hand, I’m an expat living in the Philippines and was praying for a way I could be involved in this election. Since this method is available, I can now participate.
