Wow. Very good news. The US Attorneys actually asked for the contempt charges to be dropped. Looks like Weemer and Nelson gambled and won, at least as far as the contempt charges are concerned. Nazario is off the hook. Now on to the military trials for Weemer/Nelson. Here's the latest from North County Times, MILITARY: Prosecutor wants contempt charges against Marines dropped

Hey, look on the bright side.

One of my co-workers had to leave work early cause a family member got run over by a tractor and may not live. My wife called and said a friend of hers had a massive stroke brought on by, the docs think, complications due to West Nile Virus. My Mom called and said my Aunt had gone into surgery for her back and is now paralyzed from the waist down.

So I welcome every bit of good news...
