Yes that’s exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t have the specifics of the GSA either, thank you. :) McCain’s campaign seriously needs to do an ad spelling out the fact that McCain co-sponsored the Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, which specifically warned three years ago of this very collapse that has taken place just this summer, and hammer that ad in all the swing states, especially Florida and Ohio just to hammer Obama even more there, since Obama can’t win if he loses both of those. Not unless he won about a dozen other states to make it up, and that won’t happen either.
The bad part, and something that I want to do some more research on, is Phil Graham’s part in all of this. Graham went to work for UBS and then openly lobbied for UBS and has been advising McCain on economic issues. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Going to do some reading.
