Reminds me of a joke about a woman who was aboard a flight and sneezing uncontrollably. It wasn't one minute after she'd sneeze and contort violently that she would wipe her nose and sneeze again.
A concerned fellow traveler asked her about it. She said that every time she sneezed she got an “intense pleasurable feeling”. He asked her what she was taking for it and she said “Ground black pepper”.
