I don't know why they are so pissed about that NYT article on Rick Davis. It's accurate, and it ran on page 18. Where was this outrage when the NYT ran three page 1 stories in a row smearing Sarah Palin, including one that it took three days to get them to correct? It seems that only when Rick Davis gets attacked (fairly) do we see real outrage by the McCain camp.

Davis had to know that his work for Fannie and Freddie was going to be made an issue in this campaign. Everything in that NYT story is true, and it isn't that damaging at all. If he did not have a good answer for it he should be fired.
