I don't know this time around. I was actually surprised to see that Bush lost MN by less than 2.5% in 2000 and less than 3.5% in 2004. You would figure that Obama would be less appealing than Gore or Kerry, so maybe there's a chance. OTOH, Bush lost WI less than 0.5% in 2000 and 2004.
