I am getting the distinct impression that McCain has been toying with Obama, playing rope-a-dope, for quite some time now and is preparing to spring his trap for a decisive blow. A man who has spent close to six years being tortured in a prison camp, and has spent two decades in the Senate where he made a career out of pissing people off yet still often times getting what he wanted doesn’t, get to this point without knowing how to manipulate people into making mistakes.

Absolutely. Obama on the stump is pissed off seven ways from Sunday. McCain has him off his game, distracted and more importantly reacting to McCain's campaign. The Palin choice will go down as a political masterstroke.

Obama has lost his message as evidenced by the hard core race baiting being down by his surrogates. This too will backfire
