I'm glad that you agree that it isn't the dog but the owner.

They are peaceful dogs like all dogs.

But, like the unfortunate humans who are neglected and abused, the become unruly, aggressive, and small of mind.

Other than the little issue of genetics and the purpose of the breed from its beginnings - to kill. Other than that, they are peaceful dogs....

Let nature take it’s course. Darwin would be proud. Here in Mexico, Pitt Bulls have to have human assistance to breed, and then give birth. Let them die out and have another species depart from the Planet Earth.
