My understanding of Libertarianism is it does ascribe to left of center views on some issues. In this case, though, I was referring to the first Dem congressman, whoever he was. His statements were more heat than light and unintelligible.
If all you know about him is anti-war, then yeah you might say that. Fact is, he makes more sense than anyone else out there.
I’m a staunch conservative, and so is Ron Paul. If we would have followed his policies we wouldn’t be having a conversation about economic meltdown.

If you diagram the views of conservatives and liberals, each diverging in a continum, you find a Mobius strip. That means the radicals of each meet with ideas that are in no way workable in any form and they revert to the other side.
