You can't say the dems aren't right up front about their plans to "find" enough votes for Obama and other democrats.

Thanks greyfoxx39. I just signed in to my computer and was going to post it. Here is the quote from Richardson yesterday:

Gov. Bill Richardson, Obama's highest-profile New Mexico backer, warmed up the crowd, joking that he had told Obama, "We can guarantee, in Rio Arriba, 102 percent of the vote."

Follow the money... which supplier/printer is the best friend (and donor) of the board of elections/Sec. of State?

Before the press found out and he resigned, the new head of the state election bureau was a close relative to Representative Tom Udall (D-environutter):

Republicans riled as Udall kin takes top job at Elections Bureau
GOP spokeswoman says putting Senate hopeful's son-in-law in charge of election is 'stunning conflict of interest'

Kate Nash | The New Mexican 8/25/2008 - 8/26/08

New Mexico Republicans are angry that Secretary of State Mary Herrera hired U.S. Senate candidate Tom Udall's son-in-law to head the state Elections Bureau.

The new director, Jim Noel, is married to Udall's wife's daughter, Amanda Cooper. Cooper is managing the Northern New Mexico congressman's campaign against Republican U.S. Rep. Steve Pearce for the seat being vacated by retiring U.S. Sen. Pete Domenici, R-N.M.

Then, once he was exposed, he said "No thanks":

NM elections bureau appointee withdraws
By DEBORAH BAKER Associated Press Writer Article Launched: 09/02/2008 05:05:08 PM MDT

SANTA FE, N.M.—Jim Noel, whose selection as New Mexico's elections chief ran into a buzzsaw of GOP criticism because of his ties to a Democratic candidate, has decided not to take the job.

He told Secretary of State Mary Herrera he didn't want his appointment to be a distraction or raise questions about the integrity of the elections process.

I’d be proud of New Mexico...
If we could just completely do away with the stupid, corrupt politicians who have run this state.

Pretty much continuously, for longer than most of the rest of the rest of the United States have had ANY sort of regional government;
Longer than there has been any Federal Government;
New Mexico has been the victim of corrupt and stupid ‘leadership’.

Other than that, it can be a pretty neat place to live.

The Republican poll watchers keep a count of the voters in any precinct and should be aware if there are more votes counted for the precinct than voters who voted.

If you aren’t doing anything on election day then volunteer.

Because I had voted early, I did last presidential election and it was all good. I stayed busy and I didn’t have to listen to all the BS news.

...they will still be counting ballots three days after the polls close

They stuff the ballot boxes as fast as they can, it just takes time to determine how many they need to throw the election.
