I would suggest that while Jarrett may not be an clandestine Iranian terrorist, I believe the evidence shows that, at the very least, she's a liberal dunderhead that believes Iran to be just a lovely country and if you talk nice to the President, you'll find them to be really nifty people. I would also suggest the Obama team isn't as friendly to Israel as they make themselves out to be.
The reason the trail is not there is simply because she has done well to cover it; not that it doesn't exist. Otherwise you would know her position, wouldn't you? Certainly she wouldn't be afraid to voice her opinion. The modus operandi in this whole Obama campaign is not to say anything. Not from Obama. Not from Valerie. That is typical of the political machinery known in Chicago.
No disagreement there, since as liberals they most likely are in the same mold as most Eastern European pro-Palestinian liberals. But I seriously doubt she/they have an agenda to make-up so to speak with the Iranian leadership or steer an unfriendly course with Israel simply because she was born in Iran during the Shah's rule. The current leadership were the enemies of the monarchy, who were friendly with her family during their stay. If an Obama administration does go in this direction, it would be for other rationale. Iran was a different country then, and I would wager she was extremely disappointed by the end of the Pahlavi monarchy. I don't doubt for a minute that Obama would not be good for Israel if that's your concern. That's why I am so stumped as to why the Jewish vote has been turning away more and more from conservatism to vote for those who may support their enemies. I just don't get it.
“...you’re saying that you don’t know what her views are yet she’s very pro-American.
The pro-American label that I used was referring to the Pahlavi government.
