There are devices which can disrupt TVs. I once saw someone using one in a bar to mess with opposing football fans. Wouldn't such a device work on the device projecting the Telepromter image? Or is the tech totally different? If possible we need to infiltrate Obama rallies and use one to take his prompter down right when he is about to make a big point, so he flubs it.
