My kids (11 & 14) have expressed the same thing. They don’t want me to put a McCain/Palin sticker on my car because they are worried that someone will do something to it. We live in California, and there are lots of Obama supporters out here.

I wonder if they’re crazier than ours whom you saw at the RNC getting arrested. Nothing surprises me anymore here in the land of 10,000 lakes and flakes. Even our Mormons are whacky. I lived with one who took a bumper sticker off my car. It said: Peace through strength. Offensive, ain’t it?

I live in a city that is 60/40 black to white. I’ve got a McCain/Palin yard sign and a sticker on my car. Of course I do check my car everyday in the parking garage to see if anything has happened to it.

I live in California in the Bay Area. Today I am replacing my McCain bumper sticker with a McCain/Palin bumper sticker. I am so sick of being intimidated by these thugs that think they are the only ones that get freedom of speech. Due to Homeowners rules, I can't put a sign on my lawn, but I can drive all over the Bay Area showing who I support.

It's none of my business how you raise your children..but is this the message you want to send them? To be fearful and scared to stand up for what you believe in?

About three years ago there was white supremist demonstration in my neighborhood. I was pissed off, being Jewish and all. I went to get my things to go outside and tell them off, and my husband went ballistic! However, he knows better than to tell me what NOT to do, so I went, said my peace, and showed those morons up for who they are...ignorant assholes.

tell you they are giving you sage advice.
When these lefties will vandalize automobiles of US Military
personnel...they'll do worse to property of civilians.

I'm in CA as well. My 85 year old Father said the same thing to me. He said he has never seen such crazy people out there. And my Father as seen them all.

I already have a small McCain sticker on my car, but he was concerned about me putting on a Nobama sticker to go along with it.

Of course, the idea of us being bullied by a bunch of childish thugs is ridiculous. We shouldn't have to worry about someone damaging our property because we differ in our views. The Left has no respect for Life, so it shouldn't surprise us that they have no respect for Property.

And they accuse US of being divisive? They are nothing but modern day Brown Shirts.
