McCain is really on at the end, especially when an Obot starts yelling. His comeback is awesome!
Cute. But the hips are too big and the arms too bony. ;-p
Still, the metaphor applies.
They were both superb. The unmitigated gall of Obama to taunt McCain over toughness. (”I’m skinny but I’m tough!” “John McCain doesn’t know what he’s up against”) Barack Obama, an inexperienced media creation, talking toughness to John Sidney McCain? It beggars belief.
Obama is SO tough, he can’t attend a single town hall meeting with McCain. Not a single one. Anything unscripted would bring the whole house of cards tumbling down on top of the self-proclaimed Messiah.
McCain said it, and meant it, - “Any time, any place”.
Obama said something similar a few months ago, but of course, quickly backed down, just like most bullys do when their bluff is called.
The truth is John McCain is the King of the Townhall Meeting. He thrives on the unpredictable nature of it all. You can’t hide in Townhall meetings. Obama has been hiding his whole career.
So true! That last part of the speech was absolutely the best, when he was responding to the Obamabots. And it was entirely unscripted! John is back.
For those of us at work who can’t watch for themselves, what was said?
I could use a good boost today.
