Man? Then it's more to that story that meets the eye... Explanation was that someone called Yahoo Customer Service and claimed to be Sarah Palin. Then gave correct birthday date, zip code and correct answer to a security question about meeting future husband (at school). Satisfied CS reset the password...

Now that caller is a man?! I suspect Yahoo was not just careless, but complicit.

That's not what I read. I read that he used Yahoo's password reset link and looked up the answers to the questions online. IOW, no human interaction. The closest he would have come to having to prove he was a man or woman was to answer the rather difficult CAPTCHA on the birth date screen.
