Looks like someone went on a fishing expedition and didn't catch a thing.

They wanted to be able to claim the person was a whistleblower. Thing is, you can not go on one of those expediation without a court order.

It’s not clear that the kid was the hacker. How do we know the information wasn’t on his father’s computer? Could be some other hacker (Obama operative) got the information and the kid was spreading it around.
