...Gabriel Ramuglia, the Athens, Ga.-based Webmaster of Ctunnel, said today that URLs in screenshots of Palin’s e-mail — photos were posted online yesterday on 4chan.org and other sites...

The owners/admins of these sights should be charged with several crimes themselves as well as ABC radio which has commented on the contents in the emails. It is a crime to posses known stolen information just as much as it is a crime to posses child-porn. I really think in a climate of the growing crime of ID theft - Heads should roll.

This is the modern equivalent of the Watergate break ins.

The CTunnel guy specifically keeps 7 day rolling logs because of hackers. The point of ctunnel is to allow people to get past their employer’s IT department rules. The irony is that a lot of that traffic probably goes to hotmail and yahoo mail. But he emphatically said in an interview that it is against his terms of service and would be happy to hand over the records once the feds come knocking.

Where’s the Obama campaign condemning this? This should be called Kernellgate. These hackers have been uncovered, but how many other hackers have the Obama campaign sanctioned to do this kind of “investigating” of Sarah Palin?
