Its hard to find any wisdom or logic in Bidens comment. All of the ultra rich have special laws in their situation to avoid paying huge taxes...Biden knows this...because he helps to write them.
Most of the poor class pay absolutely no taxes because of the way that the tax tables are set up.
So the rest of us....the small businessmen and the middle class...pay the massive chunk of taxes in America.
