When adultery with a girl the age of your own daughter can be redefined as "ministering", then I suppose that numerous instances of tax fraud and corruption can be redefined as "lapses".

He will be reelected no matter what he does. The Brothers will justify it as he's being set up by the man. Or all politicians do it, so why pick on him. Meanwhile he has done absolutely nothing for his constituency. Just like in Newark with Sharpe James. The man got reelected 5 times and did nothing for the city. New Mayor comes in and the people want to know what he's going to do to fix things. Yet not one of them ever asked ole Sharpy why he didn't do a thing for 20 years. If it wasn't for Rudy Harlem would still be a dump. Rangel and the rest of the dems up there haven't done a damn thing to help the community, just to help themselves to the money.
