My family visited Washington, DC when I was a child, back before the Air and Space Museum was built (rats!). Anyway, I remember thinking even back then, that the DC was some nice buildings and museums in the middle of a slum. The only other city that I've been to that compares is Atlantic City. While I'd love to go back to DC and see the museums and sites, it's really not been worth it to me.

New Mayor comes in and the people want to know what he's going to do to fix things. Yet not one of them ever asked ole Sharpy why he didn't do a thing for 20 years.
