Isn't jail the usual next step?
Because they are part of the news media and they don’t think they have to. If the Secret Service wanted them from AP they’d need a court order and then the AP would only give them the material after a long long court fight. That’s SOP for the media when it affects Republicans adversely. Just guessing if the hacked e-mail account had been Barack’s AP would have turned the material over willingly and be beating the Secret Service up for not getting to them quicker and not having broken the case already. They’d also be hiring outside consultants to find out who did the deed so they could turn them in.
It’s no surprise to anyone, but the list of this kind of abusive dirty tricks that will be used against McCain and Palin will be very long in the next 50 days - and the list that will be attempted against Obama will be...the sound of one hand clapping.
bttt
Dude, there are a half-dozen threads on this already.
Another thing, the Spanish ad linking McCain to Rush is SUCH A LIE. Any reader here knows the McCain/Rush relationship and it's not exactly loving. The fact that they imply that John was against immigrants (I didn’t support the amnesty bill by the way) is way beyond dishonest.
It's really on now, if I'm this fired up, I know I'm not alone.
Those aren’t leaked e-mails. They are STOLEN e-mails.
Big difference.
I searched before I posted, and I just searched again.
There are no other threads with this exact title. One of the FR rules is that articles must be posted with the exact title as published, and for good reason.
Not hackers. Democrat nutjobs just doing their part for the cause.
AP does not respond to request of Secret Service/FBI for assisstance in criminal investigation.
If Obama's or Biden's e-mail accounts had been hacked into, AP wouldn't even have to be asked. They'd be all over it.
insiders at yahoo, then?
The AP may be engaging in criminal behavior - much like possession and distribution of some other illegal material like child porn.
