the red light tickets are treated the same as parking tickets and do not affect your license.
No license issue, no due process issue via the courts.
Also it means the municipalities do not run afoul of the pre-emption clause of the florida uniform traffic code to keep these speed traps from existing.
Time for florida to have a constitutional amendment to ban thee red light cameras OUTRIGHT.
no points on license and no insurance rate hike just pay a fine so they can fill up the coffers...
