You’ve got your facts completely wrong. The CP has been around since ‘92, and there’s only one election they have any claim to have won that I’m aware of: one legislative seat in MT.

Being around since 92 makes the Constitution Party a new Party in my view.
And that one win is one more contested election then the Libertarians have won, which have been around since the 1970's.
