Barr is an idiot. He needs to go hangout with his pals down at the aCLU and leave us alone. I know there are some terrorists somewhere who are bent on destroying America that need his help getting some “constitutional rights.”
If and this a big if, a nominee would still need 269 electoral votes to win the Presidency. If neither has 269 then it goes to the House[or the senate] to decide. The media of course would support their candidate obie but the republicans would break out of their silence and there would hellraising across this country. Remember after Florida when the right stood up.
