You don't need a majority of electoral votes to win. You only need a plurality.

This is simply false, EV!

From the XII Amendment to the Constitution:
'The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed'

You’re right. You don’t need a majority to win, but if you don’t have that majority in the Electoral College, it is decided by the House.
