It's good. He needed to address the issue, and this is a good beginning.

McCain and Palin really need to get out there and do a joint press conference and call the msm and Obama out on every piece of their bullshit from the last few days.

I’d nail their asses to the wall.

I wouldn’t call it a Schmidt Storm - more like an afternoon rain shower.......

Hit and fight!!!

When everybody's screaming, sometimes it's the quiet voice that that really gets heard. This was a good ad.

True, some of mcCains surrogates really need to get into the gutter, its the only thing Obama’s lot understands. Someone starts a war, you make damn sure they dont get back up.

Too vanilla. He needs to tie Obama to the sinking ship and the Democrats to taking hundreds of millions from Fannie Mae for bonuses based on falsified performance reports.

Two of Zero’s economic advisers looted the joint and he received huge Lehman Bros. campaign contributions.

Smack this little Commie Crook.

This is a good ad, enough of the grievance mongering and whining.

Whining about the media never helped any candidate, ever.

SheeeeeeSH! This reminds me of John Kerry's "I have a plan" It says nothing and sounds like Obama's same old same old! No matter what the situation now, both candidates "have a plan".

If he can fix it, why doesn't he let the rest of us know what the fix is instead of wanting the U.S. economy to stumble along until he is in office 5 months from now?

I agree.

This is the first ad from them about it.

Should the initial message be “Obama is a sleaze that got tons of cash from Fanny Mae!”?

Not exactly what voters are looking to hear.

Obama and Joe Toaster are out yelling at voters, and statesman McCain is reassuring them.

Calm and confidence first, then kick the other guys teeth in.

No, McCain is doing exactly what he should be doing now.
He’s continuing to keep 0bama off balance.
He goaded 0bama into going negative, and now hope and change is just old-style Democrat attack politics.

So while 0bama is now preoccupied with petty attacks, McCain is out there offering solutions and looking presidential. 0bama looks like he’s playing in the sandbox by comparison.

What McCain out to do is release an ad with part of his speech from yesterday, talking about the American worker as the fundamentals of our economy. He has the right blend of taking on the economic problems head on and optimism for the can-do American spirit. Kind of like Reagan.

“We gotta go on the offense not being on the defense”

What is defensive about this ad?

>>Lame, lame, lame....C’mon guys. Hit and fight!!!<<

Yup.

Without Palin, I would not have voted for this guy. I still thought he would have won without her though. I made several three figure bets on it BEFORE he picked Palin.

It is not that I thought he would win so much as I thought Obama would make a total fool of himself without teleprompters. That part is coming true.

That, and the internet which destroyed other liers like Dan Rather and John Kerry is stronger than ever.
