All I can figure is: Sarah pulls in the Right votes, and McCain himself is RINO enough to be battling for the moderate and left wing votes, hoping to leave Obamarama with the far left votes.

Palin is a threefer. (1) She shores up the conservatives. (2) She helps with the female vote some and (3) She shows up at rallies with the "First Dude." Four time winner of 2000 mile Iron Dog race (snow mobile) across Alaska. She introduces him as a "Proud member of the United Steelworkers Union."

What demographic do you think she's going for in the rust belt? She and the First Dude are a dagger pointed straight at the rats hold on male, Reagan Democrats.
