I just read Paypal’s terms. Turns out that pre-approval is required to use the service to collect money for charity.

I would think this effort constitutes “charity” in the broad sense, but obviously it’s not a formal charity, so I don’t know if Paypal can shut it down on the basis that he failed to get pre-approval.

I just have a feeling that the paypal link is not long for this world.

If Doug Stanhope is not a charity or a family planning organization, what he is doing is out-and-out fraud.

Let him answer to the Paypal bigwigs and their lawyers. It's been reported.
