Ask Russia if you can PROMOTE the Peace department there first, if they accept - ask China - if they accept ask North Korea, then Cuba...then we’ll think about it!

Our enemies would be all for it, since the Department of Peace would more accurately be named the Department of Appeasement.

I want them to open the first PEACE department, then China, North Korea, Cuba and Iraq - then we’ll see if we should have it! (To me, for the Peace department — HELL NO!! It will be a WASTE OF TAXPAYERS $$$!!)
