What I'm saying is that, to me, hatred does breed violence, and the people targeted now are gays. Yes, some gays are foolish (people at GAY PRIDE PARADEs), but the gays I know would never be within 10 miles of those parades, and they live in a moral environment. (one of my friend is a deacon of the church his dad started).

Then there is the issue of pro-gay groups trying to morph "tolerance" into "acceptance". The only thing I owe to a fellow citizen who is gay is to not lay a hand in anger on them. That is what "tolerance" is, under the strict definition of the term. It doesn't mean I have to approve of what they do, accept it as somehow being "normal", or that homosexuals should have access to marriage or adoption. It doesn't mean I have to want my children taught about homosexuality in school. To support those things goes beyond mere "tolerance" and requires "endorsement". It doesn't mean I have to talk to them, be pleasant, shake their hands, be their friend, or have any business dealings with them. To require otherwise assaults MY right to Freedom of Association.
My right to Freedom of Thought allows me to dislike, dispise, be nauseated by, and yes, even to hate what homosexuality involves. And as long as I don't act on my revulsion or hatred against gays makes me a paragon of "tolerance".
The terms "hate speech" and "hate thought" have gained alot of popularity lately, but to buy into those ideas is to take away freedom of thought. Once government or adversary political groups are allowed to decide what can and cannot be said, or thought, then true freedom is dead. It should be no surprise that these attempts to take away our Freedoms come from the Left, including the pro-gay groups that use them as a weapon to silence their opponents.

My nephew is gay. Am I supposed to not love him? No, no more than I’m automatically supposed to support what he does.
I’m still working out my own issues with my nephew, so I’m not looking to get into a discussion on this. I’m just saying it’s not all-or-nothing.

Yes they are people who prey on young boys, but the thing is that not every homosexual preys on young boys and girls. My friends want what most American want -- lower taxes, less government and free trade. They don't want to out acting like fools at Gay Pride Parades - they are disgusted when the DBM show guys in THONGS or dressed as girls and women who look like they could play linebacker for the PATS.
One of my friend owns a marina that is one of the biggest in Maine. If you look at him you wouldn't think he is a millionaire (he wears deck shoes no socks shorts in the summer Khakis in the winter, polo shirts), but he is. He wants to drill for oil off the coast of Maine. He has a son that he got 'biologically' (he was married, but his ex left him - she took off with her boss) and now he does have a partner. The son, is a friend of RWT (and no, he isn't gay - he wants my daughter in 9 years), but he is a great kid. He loves his dad and his 'uncle', but he supports the gay boys too. "God made us to be loved, and he decides on who we love," his his favorite saying.
I believe obammy has issues with women, period. SERIOUS issues. So while a turnaround in the polls like this one, if had happened after McCain might have chosen a male VP running mate, he’s even more off his game because it’s all because of a woman.
