But I’m sure you’re a much happier person than she is. :-)
Does she mean when Jimmy Carter called Obama a “black boy”?
Or when Senator Byrd used the “n” word on the senate floor?
Worse: under such pressure, there are many who will go into and come out of the voting booth swearing up & down that they voted for candidate X as socially required, but who actually picked candidate Y. It only takes about 2.5% of the voting population to actually decide an election (everyone else knows who they're voting for before the candidates are even nominated) ... but this year methings the "secret swing voters" will be upwards of 5%, firmly throwing the election one way.
However, if they want a war, I say bring it. It's about time this thing got settled. 50 years is long enough. A multicultural society, where people won't assimilate, has always ended with violence. Unfortunately, that appears to be human nature. People need to quit trying to live a politically correct pipe dream. It's not reality.
Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad, was born in Mecca to Khadija, the first wife of Muhammad. Muslims regard Fatimah as a loving and devoted daughter, mother, wife, a sincere Muslim, and an exemplar for women. It is believed that she was very close to her father and her distinction from other women is mentioned in many hadith. After Khadijah, Muslims regard Fatimah as the most significant historical figure, considered to be the leader(Arabic: Sayyedih) of all women in this world and in Paradise. She was the only wife of Ali, who was the fourth caliph and whom Shias consider the first infallible Imam, the mother of the second and third Imams, and the ancestor of all the succeeding Imams.
Mohammed’s daughter
Fifth Column ping.
And with Obama's steadily eroding numbers even in states like New York he'll predictably lose the election.
And then a whole bunch of angry black folks are going to use that as an excuse to hit the streets and riot, pillage, plunder, and murder. Just like they do when their football or basketball teams win or lose playoffs or championship games. We'll also have Sharpton and Jackson on TV demanding 'do-overs' of the vote, dismissal of absentee votes from the military, dismissal of votes from predominantly white areas, and they may even demand that regardless of the outcome of the vote that Obama be granted the Presidency.
In any case, the first Wednesday of November would be a good time to carry a pistol or a shotgun in your car and laws to the contrary on this be damned.
Republicans or conservatives don’t count (good old libbie double standards). As others have pointed out, no race riots ensued when Ken Blackwell, Lynn Swann, and Michael Steele lost their races.
I should be very careful, lumping all Spanish speaking people into one category? A little late, aincha?
Dictionary definitions of “Hispanic” mention stuff like “of or relating to Spain or Spanish-speaking Latin American people or culture.” Are you a legal immigrant from Mexico who speaks Spanish as your primary language? You’re Hispanic. Are you an illegal immigrant from the DR who speaks Spanish as your primary language? You’re also Hispanic. Are you a native of Spain? You’re, surprise, still Hispanic. And, taken together, the legal and illegal Hispanic immigration and birth rates are pushing blacks downward in their demographic ranking. Blacks are becoming a minority minority, hayna? Or no?
Had the same experience.
Things are getting interesting.
E Pluribus Unum: Diversity and Community in the Twenty-first Century
The original link doesn't work for the second link. Blackwell Synergy has been merged into Wiley Interscience. I found a cached link. Surprisingly, it's an interesting read from a Harvard sociologist.
With all the diversity we have, I'm surprised that we don't have more strife.
That’s because the PC Mandarins who decide who succeeds and who fails let her go upwards because she’s perfectly politically correct.
Reality is something the hippie boomers have been running away from all their lives.
