So Monegan as a key member of Governor Palin's cabinet held a news conference with a prominent member of the OTHER party to advocate a different budget plan than the budget of his own boss the Governor? That's grounds for firing right there - clearly he was not part of the Governor's team he was a mole and a renegade for the opposition.
