I was hoping they were going to plant the bug in the ear out there...even the concept of him doing this will cost him at least a week’s negative coverage...that leaves him with about 43 days to play with...if it turns out true and he did do this...he will have about 20 days at best in the news cycle to have positve messages come out.
But he is screwed...because there will be 3 debates and his boy Biden has family in legal trouble now as well as Palin ready to destroy him in a debate.

Another instance where Obama inserted himself into a foreign country's presidential election produces some questions.
Why did Obama meddle in the presidential politics of a foreign nation - Kenya?
Why did he support Odinga after he signed the memorandum of understanding with the radical Islamicists in Kenya?
The post election violence in Kenya killed over a thousand people and displaced another three hundred thousand or more. Scores of Christian churches were burned in a wave of tribal and anti-Christian religious violence that, again, left no mosques damaged. If Obama continues to support Odinga as prime minister is he thereby accepting or condoning the post-election violence that brought Odinga to power, and a radical agenda from the left that would expand Islam in Kenya? If so, Obama is pro-Islam. And, what does that mean for America?
Obama needs a comeuppance for this crap.

Obama’s obvious defense will be that this has been out thee for three months and is only now being raised. Not a completely invalid point except that now we ha statemnt by the person on the other side of the conversation. Also, we need to check what was said AFTER his visit since this is a conversation before he went to Iraq. I may be misinformed but I believe the Iraqi Foreign Minister was referring to a conversation held face-to-face while Obama visted Iraq.
We have grown used to Bush and his soft touch. McCain is not Bush and does not suffer fools gladly.
