If this is true it should be considered revelatory of the utter lack of character of the person in which the Democrats have placed their faith. It would be the single most outrageous stunt of his entire dishonest quest for the White House. I am beginning to give a lot of credence to the possibility that his whole political career has been scripted by Bill Ayers and other enemies of the United States.

Even IF this exact story isn’t accurate (we’ll see) Obama publicly intruded himself in the negotiations at the time. Interestingly, he publicly was pushing the US to get out sooner and undermining his own nation’s position. It was inappropriate either way.
But then we’re talking about someopne who should have had to quit the race when he walked away from the wounded soldiers in Germany.
Sarah visited the wounded.

Obama could release the transcript of the meeting.
Or is that filed away in the same place as his birth certificate, passports, SAT scores, college transcripts, LSAT scores, etc. etc.?

This is a case of the people who know getting bolder as Obama’s sure thing goes up in smoke. The weaker he gets the more we will learn about his duplicity. I hope Zaberi doesn’t try to back pedal. I have no doubt the report is true even if the Iraqis get cold feet and cover for Barry.

Zebari needs to be interviewed on national TV immediately to confirm (or deny) whether Hussein really is a hypocrit and traitor, or not.
I'm sure that Hussein's surrogates are 'enlightening' Zebari as we speak--to 'remind him' of what he 'really' said. /s

It’s front page on FOX News website. Does anyone know if the story has been on the air today?

This is great to see the Obama campaign deny so quickly! Shows for sure that the Post story is absolutely TRUE! Now is the time for the Post reporter to play the video of his interview with the Iraq leaders and General Petraeus and other commanders! Lets get the truth out!!

How can we doubt “top foreign policy adviser to Obama”? Would one of Obama’s own paid team lie? And will Obama just call all world leaders liars if he doesn’t like what they say? The Barbra Streisand School of diplomacy.

Someone is not telling the truth.
Only the Iraqis know which one.
The Post author should have been more specific about his interview with the Foreign Minister. The article was vague about the when and the where of this encounter.
From the story....
A top foreign policy adviser to Obama sat in on the meetings between the candidate and Iraqi officials this summer and said no such conversations occurred, the campaign said Monday
Ahh... the famous “unnamed adviser” backs up Bambi's story

Obamas request for a delay was a major theme of his talks with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said in an interview with the Post.
That's twice I've seen this in a Fox News story. As I recall, it was not in the Post article. Anyone have any info on that?

Well here’s Zaberi’s chance to cast his ballot.

Yeah, I’m sure he didn’t realize it was insulting to the Iraqis. Just as I’m sure he didn’t realize the implications of using “putting lipstick on a pig” would have.
I’m just not sure that a person that unaware should be considering a job where any degree of sensitivity is required...
To: Plutarch
Remember during the primaries Obama also denied one of his staff meeting with representatives of the Canadian government to discount his campaign rhetoric regarding ending NAFTA. Obama is a weasel and can’t be trusted.
