Bristol Bay. Bristol Palin conceived there? Who knows, who cares. Myself I like their kids names, they seem like a fun family.
I think they run their commercial fishing boat out of Bristol Bay. Conception was what I was thinking of too!
Hopefully, this will be all the proof you need. The interview wasn’t done at the Palin residence:

The FAA database shows Todd’s plane as being a Super Cub.
The airplane at the dock in the Todd Palin interview was NOT a Cessna as the writer said. It is a Piper PA-18 Super Cub which has a 150 HP Lycoming engine and carries two people. It is a great little airplane for Alaska bush operations.
