Monsters from the Id: Good-bye to All That's Democrat

Let's welcome another neo-con! Although I share the authors views of what the democrats have become, their migration continues to pull the republicans farther left. The former democrats still maintain many of their fundamental beliefs and bring them along instead of leaving them at the door. They become neo-cons instead of conservatives and the party slides more and more to the left.

I've witnessed a similar effect living in the South. Northerners move down here because they like the slower pace and the friendlier people. But instead of adapting they bring their failed culture with them and try to change ours thus destroying the very thing that attracted them in the first place. The exact thing is happening with the illegal immigrants. They invade our country and then demand we accommodate them.

With the notable exception of Sarah Palin the leftward slide is almost complete. The party nominee is a neo-con at best and a closet democrat at worst. This has all been documented many times before. Yes we must beat Obama but expect to be disappointed and disrespected many times in the future by McCain. He must be constantly reminded that he wouldn't even be in the game now if it wasn't for the same conservatives he has so gladly poked in the eye before.
