We already know that the Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" that was put up on the Internet to supposedly "prove" Obama was born there was a forgery. Therefore it has no legal value whatsoever. Until Obama and supporters can show a copy of bona fide certificate of birth or a bona fide certification of live birth from an American jurisdiction, the issue of whether he qualifies as a "natural born citizen" is very much alive.

Did or did not the US have a US Embassy in Kenya at that time ?
Do US Citizens have to register at a US Embassy if they are going to stay in another country for a prolonged time ?
And if so ? would his mother have to make a report at the US Embassy that she gave birth there while in Kenya ?
