Impeachment is just removal from office.
It is NOT a criminal conviction!
The DOJ would have to indict him for fraud, which would mostly be financial fraud due to fund raising, etc.
Also there would be the question as if he ever bothered to actually acquire citizenship via the naturalization process.
Which would mean more fraud indictments over his service in the state legislature & the US Senate. Also disbarment and possible legal jeopardy over his application to the Illinois Bar.
If all that would happen and I have NOT seen anything that is tangible that says it might, would DOJ have the guts to do proceed with criminal indictments?

Lord help us.... we need to pray fervently.... it would not look pretty if that were to happen if they do have the guts to proceed.
