URL is the address up in the address bar on windows explorer. for instance the url address for thispage is http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2082152/posts?page=32#32

Take your cursor and place it at the begining of this bit of html code <img src="Place your picture url here between the quotes">

hold the left button down and drag your mouse accross that bit of code now while the code is highlighted hit control and c at the same time, this places it on your clip board, then place it in your post by hitting control v which will paste it in your post wherever you cursor is. If you want to get a url of a pic you found on the net put your cursor on the pic and r-click then choose properties. this brings up alittle window that has the url address.

do the left click and highlight again on the url address and the contrl c bit and the highlight the bit in the html code between quotes and then hit control v. this should replace the words in between the code with the proper url address.

Hit preview and if your pic shows up in the preview you did it right,
