Israel has 25 F-15I’s, which are basically the same thing as the F-15E Strike Eagle. Coincidentally, the GBU-39 was developed for the Strike Eagle.

The combat radius for the Strike Eagle is 1000nm (1150 miles), while the radius for the F-111 is 900nm (1035 miles). Tehran is about 1000 miles from Israel, so roughly half of Iran is too far for either aircraft to fly to and back without refueling.

However, the Natanz nuclear enrichment plant http://www.globalsecurity.org/wmd/world/iran/natanz-imagery2.htm appears to be just within range if Israel doesn’t mind flying over neighboring countries’ air space.

Perhaps they might find a KC-10 tanker over Iraq that "JUST HAPPENED" to have a little extra Jet-A they needed to get rid off.
