Here’s another for the list. Last I looked, the Haditha Dam and environs in Anbar were blurred out on Google Earth.
Haditha dam and a lot of the surrounding areas are a bit fuzzy on Google Earth, but there’s a whole lot of nothing out that way anyway. The areas close to the river and around the towns of Haditha and Haqlaniyah are pretty clear. I don’t think they have been updated in several years, not since I’ve been looking, anyway. At least the resolution hasn’t appeared to change.
Wonder how old this list is ? I get Bahrain and Yona on Guam OK. As far as Iraq, I would suspect that the images are old and security concerns just are never letting them get updated.
