To Charles Gibson. When are you going to ask Obama the same questions as HE'S running for President. Reporter bias is the reason TV ratings are slipping. The same can be said for print media. The public IS watching and we get it.

Dan Rather met his fake Bush memo Waterloo. Now Charlie Gibson has flushed his own reputation down the loo, too.

Why can’t it just be understood that common people are like fingernails on a chalkboard to Charlie. As we say in the south, “Bless his heart”, he is just too elite and grand to be subjected to interviewing a real candidate.

Even ABCs Fact Checker got in on the game, playing
fast and loose with the facts.
Heck, even ABC Radio News is jumping on the "Stop Palin" bandwagon.
I can't wait for the affilitated ESPN to say what an aweful Governor
Palin is because there's not any NFL, MLB, NHL or pro-basketball
teams in the state!!!
This morning the ABC Radio News reader said that Palin was now
making campaign appearances without McCain.
And in so many words said that she was just repeating her convention
speech..."that is full of flipflops and information that has
been debunked".
You could hear the snearing against Palin in the voice of the
ABC news-reader.
In other words, they tried to convey the thought that she's too
lazy to work up new material. I guess ABC Radio News has never
heard the term "stump speech" that Republicans, Democrats,
Libertarians, Independents ALL repeat over and over again while campaigning.
And that she's just a liar. Even though every real investigation
of the facts presented in her convention speech has shown
Governor Palin is NOT GUILTY of the sort of mendacity or wiggle-
words that are Standard Operating Procedure for Democrats.
Heck, I even heard a CNN reporter run through a fact-check of
Palin's speech and he basically said that she was pretty much
honest in all her speech. (Hearing CNN concede that almost gave
me a freakin' heart attack!!!)
I'm suprised the news-reader didn't say she campaigning alone
because McCain can't stand to be around her!!!

Gibson is a third-stringer who only got his job because one guy died and the next guy got blown up. It’s like a bad movie where several of the basketball team’s star players get hurt and the coach looks down to the end of the bench and the only player he has left is the dweeb with the towels. In the movie, the dweeb hits a buzzer-beating three-pointer.
In Gibson’s case, he slipped on snot and fell flat on his pudgy face.

Gibson, like so many others in the American Press are afraid of Obama. They must well recall when he threatned them if the media dared air an ad that he (Obama) found unpleasant against him. Now they are trying to make things all rosie between them again.
If Obama is elected, this will backfire on them. Obama wants full censorship of the press, there is no doubt of that. All his statements about what should be fair about him, his family, even others at times, point to that fact. Obama believes in the therory: "Control the press and you control the country." (Wonder whose idea that was, long ago? LOL) Obama will make sure the press reports only what he wants to be said about Obama or his administration. He will sweep over the blind sheeple in the media and, before they know it, their "freedom of speech" will be denied to them. They are just too stupid to realize the extent to which they will be censored if Obama is POTUS.

If Biden makes it that long.
Note to Biden: Please plagiarize Charlie Gibson’s interview. You can blame it on Neil Kinnock. Also, where lots of lipstick to prove Obama’s point (that you can even put it on a p’Biden).

Well said. I didn’t look at This Week and instead subjected myself to Deface da Nation. Scheiffer was actually decent today. Maybe he knows to play to the conservative viewers who were sickened by ABC (would bet ABC ratings are down out of disgust).
I did throw the fridge and the kitchen sink straight into the TV set when Debbie Tiresome-Schultz went on, but that’s another story. Why don’t we play her speeches to the folks in Gitmo? They’d be singing like birds.

Well done, Yomin! Isn’t it interesting how the media have made themselves an issue in this election cycle? It’s almost as if they need to feed their demon egos regardless of the dem candidate. One wonders how the Rodham rodent must feel knowing the media has so completely tanked for the almost black messiah by disregarding his past in favor of attacking the life of a woman only situated in the veep slot for the Republicans! I’ve taken to referring to Gibson as ‘Charlie-tuna Gibson’ but he’s more a stinking fish than ol’ TV Charlie who could not rise to the level of ‘star’ kissed.
