Most of the pioneer computer designers and engineers are in their late 60's and early seventies today. The Von Neuman (external fetch and execute) architecture was perfected in the late 1950's and early 1960's. This is the Intel Microprocessor of today.
I know. I've made a great living with Intel x86 assembly language since 1976! (I'm 67 and have no problem with computers.) My Mother is 92 and uses email and Scroogle's daily. (scroogle is correct - look it up.)
