Over the last couple of weeks, it has become apparent to me that the liberal media is also running against Gov. Palin, and Mr. Gibson's interview went a long way to underscoring that point. (I bet he never did and never would take the same tone with Hillary that he did with Gov. Palin.)
So now we have the liberal media and the BarryO campaign running against and beating up a woman. Their fear is palpable. Their desperation is on parade for anyone who wants to see it. And I say let them have at it. The more they attack Gov. Palin, the more solid her support becomes. The more they demean and belittle her, the more her support grows. Their biases are showing, and they are not pretty. The less they do to hide them, the more their support will erode.
If you are of the mind, pray that God would protect and strengthen Gov. Palin, and carry her through this grueling process. And fear not, despite dire warnings to the contrary, Pres Clinton didn't take this country down. Neither will a BarryO presidency, though it would be most grievous to so many of us. Put not your trust in men or the strength of horses.
And lastly, this election cycle, starting from about the Harriet Meiers selection to the Supreme Court, has been very good for this nation for it has drawn many citizens into the business of governing this nation. We have been far more active as ordinary citizens now than we have been in the past. May we never forget this lesson...of the people, for the people, by the people.
Oh yeah.....Charlie is a smug little puke, isn't he? < /verbosity>
Fixed for you. The truth is, that Governor Palin comes off as more honest, and more real than that poseur Gibson, and it shows...
