That graphic is great and does need to go “viral” via email.

But you also need to send the link to the National Review story, because it provides good background data to support the fact McCain has more women on staff and in higher levels of responsibility. Just so we don’t have people see the graphic and regard it as a potential “Matt Damon” moment-—i.e. something made up on the internet.

Yes, you read that right. In an industry where 86% of the folks self-identify as Obama-voting liberals, there isn't pay parity. In fact, it's not even close..."
