Norm Coleman's campaign has produced a new ad, "Angry Al." It highlights Al Franken's frequently hotheaded, profane and inappropriate conduct:

BUMP!
Good ad.
Al Franken, answering the question, “What happened to those troll dolls when the fad passed?”
Frankenping
It’s ALIIIIIIIIVE
Awesome ad.
Maybe Al Franken just needs to stay on his Thorazine.....
Lemme tell you, if the people of the Land o Lakes vote this loser into office (talk about having 0 experience)the they need to divert all that nuclear waste headed to NV to MN. :P
If I was a RNC campaign strategist, I would work with the ad people to run rants of the lunatic left 24x7.
Who do we think we are using our opponents’ own words and actions in campaign ads? We are vicious and nasty and mean-spirited.
Our ads should talk about what great, brilliant, loving people they are.
(I would LOVE to step into the ring with Franken, NHB. He is the epitome of everything I hate about the 1960’s radicals.)
This seems to be the election where the GOP finally learned to use the words of their opponents in a significant way. This takes away their weasel room. I love it.
In the 2004 I remember Russert confronting Kerry with 2 videos, one with Kerry saying he always supported something and another were he never supported it. It was the same subject. Russert asked him about the conflict. Kerry responded that both answers were correct.
I like the ad, but I am astounded that Coleman still has a New Yawk accent at the age of 59 after all this time in Minnesota. (Listen to how he says “im—poo-aw-tent” for important in the opening.)
I just cant get over this. Not only is he hot headed, but he owes a lot of people a lot of money due to his failed Air America adventure. And he STILL won the nomination?!? Damn - once again Liberalism is proven to be a disease.
And yet, he still may win.
Good ad? You think so? Garrison Keillor and the rest of Governor-Jesse-Ventura-land will probably prefer a such a cute, little, profane, hate-filled, f-bomb thrower.
